Ingredients
- Boiled Potatoes
Besan
Paneer
Chana Seeds
Jeera
Saunf
Cashew
Almonds
Onions
Ginger Garlic Paste
Garam Masala
Dhaniya Masala
Sweet
Salt
Kasturi Methi
Corriander Leaves for Garnish
Stuffing
Mash paneer , Boiled Chana seeds, Cashew, Almonds ,Roasted Saunf & Jeera
Add a pinch of sweet (can use kishmish also) chaat masala & salt.
- Boil the potatoes & mash them .
- Mix besan with the mashed potatoes along with a pinch of salt .(Amount of Besan must be around 2-3 spoon , for 4- 5 potatoes, Instead of Besan Cornflour can also be used)
- Spread this on your hand flat & fill with the stuffing
- Slowly using your inner palm , rotate it in form of egg shape ( ensure filling doesn't comes out)
- Fry this Egg roll in the oil. when the colour is Light Brown Take this out.
- Take another pan add Onions.
- When Onions become Slightly pinkish Add Ginger Garlic paste , Garam Masala, Dhaniya Masala ( If people want Spicy can add 1/2 Spoon Meat Masala this is masala only not Meat :) ).
- When Oil starts Oozing out add Tomato Puree ( Fresh/Canned). Stir it fior a while.
- Add Water & Salt for the Gravy.
- When the Gravy starts boiling or is well cooked add the Egg balls & Kasturi Methi Powder.
- Garnish the recipe with Corriander Leaves.
